| Purpose of the meeting An informal hearing (ยง4vac25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the office of DMME in Room 219 Buchanan-Smith Building (DMME) 3405 Mountain Empire Road , Big Stone Gap, VA at 10:00 am on April 11, 2014. The hearing is to review the issuance of notice of violation RDS0009028, violation 3 of 3. The mine site is located 2.4 miles w of Keokee on little Bundy creek. Please be advised that the formal hearing will be open to the public. The Formal Hearing officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
