| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on a draft permit from Synagro Central, LLC to land apply industrial residuals in Goochland, Hanover, King & Queen, King William, New Kent, Prince George, and Surry Counties, Virginia. The permit will allow the applicant to land apply industrial residuals to no more than 16,173.70 acres of agricultural and/or silvicultural land in accordance with a n utrient management plan. DEQ’s preliminary decision is to approve the permit for a ten year term. The comment period begins on March 5, 2014 and ends on April 25, 2014. | |
