| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to discuss technical issues related to a permit application and receive public input on a permit application for the agency to consider; discuss the standard content of permits; and detail how the public can provide comment on a draft permit for Synagor to lan apply biosolids in Spotsylvania County on 13 sites totaling 6246.2 gross acres. The public may review the permit application package at the meeting, by appointment at the Department's Northern Regional Office or request a copy of the documents from the contact person below. In the event the meeting is cancelled due to inclement weather theh inclement weather date is March 12, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the same location. | |
