| Purpose of the meeting An assessment conference (ยง4VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Mine site at 10:00 AM on November 12, 2013 to review the civil penalty determination of Notice of Violation STJ0008695. The mine site is located 1.5 miles SW of Keokee on Jordan Branch in Lee County. Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The Informal Hearing Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the civil penalty assessment . | |
