| Purpose of the meeting In compliance with the requirements set forth in Section 4 VAC 25-130-843.15 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation will hold an assessment conference to review the penalty assessment of Notice of Violation HNM0005633, 1 violation to A & G Coal Corporation, Permit No. 1101740. The permit is located 0.9 miles Northwest of Trammel on McClure Creek. The hearing will take place at the Big Stone Gap office of DMLR at 3405 Mountain Empire Road in Big Stone Gap, VA. Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The Informal Hearing Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
