| Purpose of the meeting Due to conflicting schedules the October Virginia Gas and Oil Board (VGOB) hearing is being moved to the 4th Tuesday of October 2013, (October 22, 2013). All previous August and September docket items will be heard on the October 22, 2013 date. If you are interested in attending the October VGOB Hearing please call the Division of Gas and Oil (DGO) office to confirm the meeting is to be held. In addition to regular board business, the board will hear petitions for disbursement of funds, pooling, re-pooling and well location exceptions. The Board will receive public comments. Special accommodations for the disabled will be made available at the hearing on request. Anyone needing special accommodations for the hearing should contact the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy at 276-415-9700 or by calling the Virginia Relay Center TTY/TDD at 1-800-828-1120 or 1140 seven days in advance of the meeting. | |
