Title	Submission Instruction 20 - Termination of Post-Closure Activity Evaluation

Summary	These instructions are applicable to solid waste disposal facilities that are requesting either a termination or reduction of post-closure care (PCC) monitoring and maintenance activities as allowed by the Virginia Solid Waste Management Regulations (VSWMR), promulgated by the Virginia Waste Management Board, effective December 18, 1988, as amended. This submission instruction provides information regarding the documentation to be submitted in an evaluation for termination or reduction in PCC activities.
