There is merit to the proposal as it is important for licensees of the Board to understand the activities of the Board and the process by which the Board regulates and governs its licensees.  To avoid potential problems, the Board may wish to consider the Board provide a CE certificate of attendance at the completion of the meeting and the Board (electronically) keep a record of such of at least 2 years.  These two provisions are required by all of the Board's CE providers and are designed to address potential issues (when audited by the Board) as to verification of attendance and dates.  Perhaps such could be addressed by Board administrative Policy rather than amending the proposed regulation.
