Just wanted to say the implementation of EVV will make it more difficult for many elderly to stay in the community and cause people to be placed in nursing homes. Hope Virginia exempts live in providers 

Just wanted to say electronic visit verification with consumer directed services will make it more difficult for people to stay in the community and hire their own attendants.  Please get the state to exempt live in providers like the Aug. 2019 CMS guidance document said they could be.
