This governor will not stop trying to find new ways to gouge Virginians. There are many people who's budget is stretched to the max as it is; especially during winter months! Virginia has the cleanest energy on the east coast. This regulation is going to hurt Virginians, cost jobs and have a negative impact all the way around.
