I support capping Virginia’s electricity sector CO2 emissions for many reasons: 1) There are cost savings that we get by joining a regional trading group 2) I support the lower cap in the revised rule - many large firms are already limiting their emissions 3) This rule is business friendly, as well as environmentally friendly 4) I am a primary health care provider and urge you to consider the significant health benefits from lowering emissions  5) I am concerned about climate change.  Reducing CO2 emissions is an obvious and significant way to reduce global warming  6) I want Virginia to stand out as a leader in environmental quality control
