To whom it may concern,

While I am in favor of clean air, I believe there needs to be a common sense approach.  There needs to be alot of flexibilty built in, to allow older and even newer businesses, to adapt and get to a target reduction.  The way I see it, this legislation can potentially put businesses out of business.  Where will people work then?  I think a gradual approach is more reasonable, and would give industry the time needed, to make changes through processes and technology, to get to a good target.
