This is a terrible deal for us as consumers.  Does Governor Northam want to deny Virginians affordable electricity? Virginians should NOT have to pay higher electricity prices due to the activist agenda of the current Governor.  Virginia has some of the lowest emissions in the country and has low electricity prices (below the national average.)  Virginians don't need this, nor do they want it.
