I am writing to support safe and effective use of pipelines, fracking, and offshore drilling and would advocate that they be a vital part of the Virginia Energy Plan. They are the most cost effective, safe, and efficient means of obtaining and using energy. Other ways of obtaining are not proven, efficient, or cost effective.
