Living as I do in the lovely Shenandoah Valley, I am passionate to preserve its life  as a vibrant economic force for our children and a viable place to live healthily. Emissions are well known to  cause respiratory illnesses and pollute the air and water. Put a price on carbon emissions and thereby give alternative energy sources the opportunity to help return our environment to health and incentivize the carbon-producing energy producers to clean up their and umanmissions and invest in clean technology modernization. PLEASE, help counteract the effects of rolling back the Clean Air Act and put a price on carbon emissions. Do the right thing. Imagine if you don not, the poor reputation and legacy of ills you will leave for your own children and grandchildren. History will mark you out for condemnation.
