As new regulations for approved programs are implemented, revisions of existing endorsements should not require matrices and other items that are submitted for NEW endorsements. Institutions seekint to comply with the new regulations should only be required to submit a rationale for revision(s) and a degree plan listing all courses.  Program revisions for existing programs should be submitted with the next Biennial Report.
