Isn't a person who request an AB certified to receive that ballot prior to its leaving the Board of Elections. Aren't there identifiying marks for the  voter as well as dates already on the ballot which indicate  the year of the ballot? What you are attempting to require makes no sense.

What about persons who are disabled and can't write as well as they use to, every attempt was made on their part to exercise their rights as a citizen to vote and with the jaundiced eye of partisican politics you throw theri vote away?

I oppose these changes and think we should do everything possible to make a vote count.
