I am apalled to learn that Gov. McDonnell is encouraging the Board of Elections to disqualify absentee ballots because of so called sloppy signatures.  A person has the right to vote with proper identification and their handwriting may not be great and their signature should not be a disqualifying factor. Who has the right to judge what's sloppy vs the best a person can do.  This really concerns me and takes us back to the days when all efforts were made to keep certain people from voting!
