This proposal is justy another way for the Republican's can cheat their way into governmental positons including the presidency and further spread their true Hate for  American's working class and the poor.   'How they be so heartless'?  There are more working class and poor than wealthy American, and yet, the Republican party only seem to be concerned about the small number of wealthy.  This is not fair to the rest of us who are struglgling from day after day with what little we have.  And what about the poor?  Whose going to help them, if not President Obama, then whom?
