As someone who has irregular work hours, being able to vote absentee has been critical.  Please make it easier, not harder to vote absentee.  Similarly, voter registration should be made as easy as possible as it is an important way to keep citizens engaged in our democracy.  Instituting new regulation that make both of these more difficult is unnecessary given the relatively insignificant voter fraud that occurs.
