Goals of Regulation To enforce the charitable gambling laws of the Commonwealth and prescribe regulations so as to enhance the integrity of the activities, provide for even regulation, and maintain the highest quality charitable gambling environment free of corrupt, dishonest or unprincipled practices so as to increase the financial gain of bona fide charities. This is accomplished through the following activities:

? License organizations and vendors who wish conduct charitable gaming activities or wish to provide game supplies.

? Organizations who fail to abide by the regulations shall be noticed as such and heard through administrative proceedings.

? Prosecute criminal violations of the charitable gaming laws.
