Description The regulations contain provisions governing: Responsibilities of the Virginia Department of Education; Responsibilities of local school divisions and state operated programs; Requirements associated with child find, evaluation, eligibility and provision of services to children with disabilities. Procedural safeguards, including notice requirements, complaints, mediation and due process; and Funding.
