Chapter Information
Description The Stormwater Management Regulations specify minimum technical criteria and administrative procedures for stormwater management programs which local goverments are authorized to adopt to achieve the effective control of precipitation runoff from land development projects. These regulations also establish minimum technical criteria and administrative procedures that apply to land development projects that are conducted by state agencies.
