| Board Description: | The purpose of the Board shall be to promulgate regulations in accordance with the Administrative Process Act not inconsistent with the laws of Virginia; advise the Department of Charitable Gaming on the conduct of charitable gaming in Virginia and recommend changes; and keep a complete and accurate record of its proceedings. |
