This regulatory action removes Arlington County from the list of counties east of Interstate 95 that are included in the Eastern Virginia Groundwater Management Area. Arlington County is located entirely west of Interstate 95 and was inadvertently listed in the regulation as being partially in the Eastern Virginia Groundwater Management Area. No portion of Arlington County is included in the Eastern Virginia Groundwater Management Area. |
