General Information
Action Summary Based on the findings of a periodic review, the State Board of Health determined that these regulations are no longer necessary to protect public health. The current process used to inform the public of health risks associated with fish consumption is through fish consumption advisories. A "Do Not Eat" fish consumption advisory already exists for fish caught in the North Fork of the Holston River.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
