Action Summary This action conforms the VAC to federal statute at sec. 2112 of the Social Security Act by providing for automatic enrollment for newborns who are born to women receiving services under Title XXI known, in Virginia, as Family Access to Medical Insurance Security (FAMIS) Plan.
