| Action Summary |
This Statewide Fire Prevention Code amendment is in response to legislation passed during the 2006 General Assembly session (Senate Bill 97). The legislation requires that regulations be adopted by the Board of Housing and Community Development to prohibit fire and evacuation drills in schools during periods of mandatory testing. This amendment adds this prohibition to the Statewide Fire Prevention Code regulation. |
