| Action Summary |
This amendment will incorporate the language from the Code of Virginia in the Regulations for the definition of “new manufactured home” to address manufactured homes sold from one dealer to another before being sold to a consumer. Repealed regulations referenced within the Regulation will be deleted and reference to current regulations will be inserted.
