This revision of the Public Participation Guidelines (PPGs) for the Safety and Health Codes Board implements a standardized set of PPGs consistent with those being adopted by all Executive branch agencies and policy boards in Virginia in compliance with Chapter 795 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly.
This directive continues these Public Participation Guidelines under which the Board operates and which are used by the Board for soliciting comments from interested parties when standards and regulations are
developed, revised or rescinded. |
