This guidance is being issued in response to a request from the Department of Planning and Budget during the regulation promulgation process. The Department of Planning and Budget requested a clarification that localities are not required to update the plans annually to maintain a 20-year planning horizon. This was not the intent of the regulation, and the guidance document clarifies this point. |
